The copyrighted work at issue is the Multi-DNC product itself & the product logo. The Multi-DNC product is a software program that we created & resell from our website. Memex is not an authorized reseller of our product.

The website located at www.memex.ca & www.multi-dnc.ca contains numerous references to our product Multi-DNC including screen shots. Memex is reselling our Multi-DNC product without authorization to do so. I have included a copy of a letter from our attorney that clearly states the facts regarding Memex & [private].

We are also contacting the ISP responsible for the www.memex.ca domain & we will be asking them to revoke Memex's ability to use the domain.

The website located at www.e-manufacturing.com also contains numerous references to our product Multi-DNC including screen shots. This website is also owned & operated by [private] (Memex). Specifically here are a couple of pages that are displayed in Google.
